Fitness racing
for everyone.
Turn your workout into a live race on your gym's TV. Beat your own last time, pick the right weight, and see where you stand against people your age, every race week.
Same workout. Same weight.
No idea if it's working.
Most training has no finish line. You show up, grab the weights you always grab, and leave without knowing if you're any fitter than last month. Arena gives every workout a target to beat, and a number that tells you when you've improved.
It gives the training a purpose.
After the first Arena races at Miracle Performance, members told us the same things. The work felt harder. They had a goal to hit. They finally picked the right weight instead of the same one every time. And seeing where they stood next to people like them showed them where they could be.

How a race works
- 01
Pick your weight
Light to heavy. Choose one you can race with good form.
- 02
Race your last time
The TV counts you in, keeps the clock and shows your ghost: your best time, racing beside you.
- 03
See where you stand
Beat your best and you get a new-best card. Then compare yourself by workout, weight, age and gender. Hit the cap? Your laps still count.
Your phone is your race.
No app store download: it runs in your phone's browser at ar3na.app.
Get the appYou're not racing the fastest person in the room.
You're racing your own last time. Your first race gets its own FIRST tag. The board shows who improved before it shows who's fastest, so the back of the class has something to win too.
Love the idea of HYROX?
Race all season instead.
Big fitness races happen once or twice a year, at a venue that's often hours away, on rowers, ski ergs, sleds and turf, with a ticket and travel to pay for. Arena races happen every race week, at your own gym, on gear it already owns, against your own best.
HYROX is a trademark of its owner. Arena is not affiliated with HYROX.
Can't make it in?
Race at home.
Out of town, missed class, or not ready to race in a gym yet? Race Arena at home from your phone, against your own ghost, and see where you stand among racers your age. When you want an official time, find a gym near you.
Three races.
A new one every other week.
Every Arena gym races the same workout the same week.
