Give your members
a race to come back for.
Arena turns a class into a live race on the TV you already have. Members race their own last time, leave with a number to beat next time, and share their results with your gym's name on them. No new equipment. No programming to write.
What are your members training for?
Most members never get a number to beat or a reason to go up a weight. Big-venue races like HYROX sell them that reason, once or twice a year, somewhere else. Arena puts it inside your gym, every race week.
HYROX is a trademark of its owner. Arena is not affiliated with HYROX.
What Arena does for your gym
A reason to keep coming back.
Every race ends with a number to beat. Members walk out knowing exactly what they're chasing next time.
Training with a purpose.
At Miracle Performance, members said racing made the work harder, gave them a goal to hit and got them choosing the right weight instead of the same one every time.
New people through your door.
Your gym is listed on the Arena race finder, so people who train elsewhere, or race Arena at home, can book a race with you. Members can send a friend a "Race with me" link to book a spot.
Marketing your members do for you.
Every new best becomes a share card with your gym's name on it, and new bests post to your public gym page.
A class you can charge for.
Run it as a class, a race event or a first visit for people new to your gym. You set the price and keep the revenue.
No programming to write.
Every race is written, tested and locked by Arena, and every Arena gym races the same workout the same week.
Still your gym.
No rebrand. Your members race on a network-wide board under your gym's name.
A 60-member gym can top the network.
Gyms are ranked by the share of members who raced at least twice that set a personal best, not by who has the fastest athletes. Ten eligible athletes is enough to be ranked. Coaching shows up on the board, and that number is on your public gym page.

People try Arena at home.
Then they look for a gym.
Racers can start at home, on their phone, before they're ready to race in person. When they want an official time, the race finder points them to the nearest Arena gym.
What it takes: a TV and the gear you already have.
No extra hardware. Members race on their own phones.
Coaches start the race from the TV with a PIN, members join by scanning it, and every result lands in their Arena app with your gym's name on it.
- Gear per athlete, by race
- CHASE: a dumbbell pair and about 2 × 2 m of floor. SOLO: one dumbbell and a flat bench, about 2 × 3 m. SHIFT60: a barbell, kettlebell, plate, dumbbell pair, bench and a strip of tape on the floor.
- A TV for the Board
- Lanes, ghost markers and the course stay on screen the whole race.
- A coach to run and close the heat
- Start from the Coach app or the Board, call no-reps, close the heat when it's done.
- Members who opt in
- Nobody appears publicly unless they choose to. Under-18s never appear.
How an Arena race runs
- 1Coach starts the heatOne shared clock for everyone, started from Coach or the Board. Each athlete locks a load tier before the start.
- 2Athletes tap each lapOne tap per lap on the phone at the edge of the square. The Board shows who is ahead of their best.
- 3Coach closes the raceClosing confirms the results. Only coach-closed races reach the public boards.
- 4Results post as verifiedFinish cards go to phones, new bests hit your gym page, and the network boards update.
Race, then spin the finisher.
After the race, the TV spins a finisher: core and conditioning, in your square, with dumbbells or bodyweight. A race takes about 25 minutes, so race plus finisher makes a full class. Use the wheel on your own weeks too. Included for Arena gyms.
Arena doesn't take over your programming.
Race week, then your own week. Each race comes back every 6 weeks, so members get a real chance to beat their last time.
Built and raced at a real gym.
Arena was built by a gym owner with 20 years in the fitness business, and it's raced on Fridays at Miracle Performance in Beachwood, Ohio.
